Although Intel said has cancelled Pentium E1000 single core series, but Intel continued by launching Celeron 400 series, like Intel Celeron 430 1.8 GHz and Intel Celeron 440 2.0 GHz series.
This Intel Celeron 400 series had single core only and L2 cache memory only 512 KB. The different with the previous intel celeron which only had FSB 533, the intel celeron 400 series had FSB 800 that made it resemble Pentium E2100 and Core 2 Duo E4000an series. Intel Celeron 400 series will be faced with AMD single core processor that is Sempron and AMD 64. Look at the early benchmark that apparently promising enough.
The first series RV610LE, will be marketed with code Radeon HD 2400 Pro and HD 720p player support. So for them who wanted to turn HDMI 1080 have to buy the higher series.
